The Borderline, London
This
subterranean Soho music venue at Orange Yard, just off Manette Street, Soho/London. has played host to numerous big name acts
in its 14 year history. Tiny and unbelievably intimate, you're
guaranteed a decent view of the stage, and the eclectic line-up
encompasses all musical styles.
Albert & Hogan's Heroes rocked the place on 20 May 2006. The venue is located just a few blocks away from the legendary former 2i's coffee bar in Old Compton Street, Soho, London - 'Home of British Rock'n Roll'. Good to meet up with Sarah, we enjoyed the music as well as the drinks at the bar ! The show was filmed for UK TV by a BBC camera team..
Our friend Alan caught bits and pieces on TV and said:

Caught the BBC Bill Oddie: Play it again programme last night. What a waste of Albert's time and talent. They'd have been much better off cutting the bit with BO in and giving us an hour of Albert & Co. Alan" http://www.vintagesixtieslive.co.uk

Shame, Alan. I was on the plane last night and couldn't watch TV. Maybe Jilly or some of the other UK friends saw this ?
