"Recording's underway for the second Hall of Ghosts album, "I Am Calm As The Sea".
The eight song album is set to be released in spring 2015, following two years of extensive writer's block!
It includes a version of the Jeff Tweedy song "When The Roses Bloom Again" and a new bluegrass/Zydeco flavoured track "The Other Side". Both songs were regularly featured during acoustic shows in early 2014.
At the moment, my favourite is the newest song "Long Distance", written over the past couple of weeks. That one will probably be the opening song.
Gerry Hogan will be back on pedal steel guitar duty for some of the album and he'll hopefully dust off his dobro too.
