played a fantastic gig at Klubhaus Ludwigsfelde last night, just a few miles South of Berlin within easy reach. A new venue for me and certainly not my last visit.

I'll keep it short not to spoil it for those who are going to one of the remaining gigs on this tour so just a few words.

Kofi Baker, son of legendary Ginger Baker,

Malcolm Bruce son of legendary Jack Bruce

and Robert "Rob" Johnson, Ginger's great nephew

keep the legacy of Cream: Jack Bruce, Ginger Baker, Eric Clapton and Blind Faith - Band alive
and took us on an unforgettable walk down memory lane.

After the show the guys came out for a brief natter, photos and autographs, very much down-to-earth and happy that they went down so well. If anyone has the chance to see them, please do so and you will not be disappointed.

Der Sohn der berühmt-berüchtigten Schlagzeug-Legende Ginger Baker führt das Familienerbe nicht nur fort, sondern erweitert es mit herausragenden Fähigkeiten, Tatkraft und Hingabe an sein Handwerk.

Kofis erster Live-Auftritt war zusammen mit seinem Vater in der britischen Kult-Fernsehsendung "The Old Grey Whistle Test" - im Alter von nur sechs Jahren bewies er, dass er mehr als nur den Namen seines Vaters geerbt hatte. Später tourte Kofi mit John Ethridge (Soft Machine) und trat in London mit Steve Waller (Manfred Mann) und Randy California (Spirit) auf. Außerdem tourte er mit Steve Marriot's Humble Pie durch Europa.

2017 wurde er eingeladen, ein integraler Bestandteil der Music Of Cream 50th Anniversary Tour zu werden, die in Australien und Neuseeland begann und anschließend Hunderte von Shows in ganz Australien, den USA und Großbritannien gespielt hat. Am 17. Februar 2020 lud Eric Clapton Kofi ein, mit ihm, seiner Band und ganz besonderen Gästen bei einem Tribute-Konzert aufzutreten, um das Leben, die Zeit und die Musik von Ginger Baker zu feiern.
