Im Herbst 2019 wird Kim Wilde ihr gefeiertes Album »Wilde Winter Songbook« wiederveröffentlichen. Wunderschöne Songs, die von Winter und Weihnachten inspiriert sind. Aber auch beliebte Coverversionen von Weihnachtssongs passen wunderbar in die (Vor-)Weihnachtszeit.
Um das eher ruhige, sparsam instrumentierte Album zu präsentieren, kommt Kim Wilde im in kleiner Besetzung unplugged auf unsere Bühne. Keine Sorge, das Programm besteht nicht nur aus den Songs vom Winter Songbook, es wird natürlich auch akustische Versionen ihrer größten Hits und ausgewählte Songs aus dem jüngsten Hit-Album »Here Come The Aliens« geben. Ein Best-Of sozusagen.
Kim Wilde und ihre 3-köpfige Acoustic-Band, das wird familiär und intim, faszinierend und besinnlich und vor allem eines – ein ganz besonderer musikalischer Vorweihnachts-Abend.
Kim Wilde - Winter Acoustic at Heimathafen Neukölln. Very Christmassy programme but Kim's major hits were also played. It was their first gig on the German leg of the tour and as Kim said they were not really sure about the outcome. But they went down a storm, standing ovations and happy faces all over the place. Kim did even rub shoulders with the crowd doing a shake hands round which caused extra cheers. They will be back soon with a new tour, new programme and luckily there is already a date for us in Berlin. Many thanks to this musical family
