Die Ausstellung "YOKO ONO: Music of the Mind" im Gropius Bau Berlin endet am 31. August 2025. Die Ausstellung erfreute sich regen Zulaufs, obwohl diese Art Kunst sicher nicht jedermanns Sache ist. Man braucht schon etwas Zeit, sich durchzuarbeiten, es gibt einiges zu lesen, kleine Filme anzuschauen und Mitmach-Aktionen sind auch dabei.
Mir hat es entgegen meiner Erwartung recht gut gefallen. Die Eintrittspreise waren mehr als moderat, Ermäßigungen gab es auch. (Texte/Bildunterschriften im FlickR Album sind z.T. verkürzt dem Museumsportal entnommen.)

Tickets 15 €, ermäßigt 10 €Im kostenfrei zugänglichen Lichthof des Gropius Bau ist neben einem Banner aus Onos fortlaufender Kampagne PEACE is POWER (2017/2025) die Installation Wish Tree for Berlin (1996/2025) zu sehen.
YOKO ONO: MUSIC OF THE MIND wird organisiert von der Tate Modern, London, in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Gropius Bau, Berlin, und der Kunstsammlung Nordrhein-Westfalen, Düsseldorf.
