Albert Lee & Hogan's Heroes at Bluesgarage Isernhagen - 04 June 2010
Blues Garage Isernhagen - Home of the Blues
Albert & HH's last German gig for a while. Lars Paaske, Danish Journalist and Radio Man, friend of Elio Pace's & huge fan of Albert and the boys, was among the audience. Nice to meet up again. He drove all the way down from Copenhagen and back the same night just to see the band play. Lars had done an excellent interview for Danish Radio Station P4 last year which featured Albert and the bands' latest CD 'LIKE THIS'.
The set list was the same as the night before in Dortmund. Some technical difficulties (the plug-in for Gerry's steel didn't work properly), solved in no time by the ever-busy road crew, nevertheless Gerry was ace as usual.
Taking pictures at that venue was as difficult as always and the result leaves to be desired. I've put up the best photos here. Nevertheless, the venue is one of the best and the atmosphere just fantastic!
